In ongoing proof that young people do care about politics and that Presidential candidates realize the importance of the young vote, Senator Joe Biden will be the first in a series of Candidate Conversations hosted by young professional groups across Iowa.

This first event will be held at InPlay’s Forte Banquet and Conference Center located at 615 – 3rd Street in downtown Des Moines. It will be held on Tuesday, August 21 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

Senator Biden will focus his “conversation” on issues important to young people and leave plenty of time for Q&A.

Candidate Conversations is the brainchild of The Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Young Professionals Connection, the 21st Century Forum, the Bull Moose Club, Drinking Liberally, the 20/30 Society, Ankeny Young Professionals and YP Iowa.
